Happy whatever folks…

It’s like a gazillion out there and people are avoiding the outdoors; except my kids and their aunt. Apparently, they are going zip lining in the city while I vegetate inside because just showing my nose out there would make me melt. It’s going to be like this for the next couple of days…


So what else I’m doing?? Well, I had a pow wow with the mother of my kids on perhaps going to Mexico for December and that kinda started my brain working...I got someone looking into renting an adapted car while I’m there, as well as a lift. That would be awesome if I’m able to do it, the doors of me travelling would open and I know where I would go next: Pilipinas dito dumating ako! We’ll see, I hear it’s a long flight and it’s pretty humid. Also, I don’t want their new president to shoot me by mistake...my last name is Guzman and he might just mistake me for him…

Any hoot, this is what is going on in my life….wishing you all a wonderful hump day…

Happy to see you all….

August!! WTF happen to Summer!? I mean the stores are putting up Halloween stuff and winter apparel...Not so long ago I was noticing the first buds of Spring come alive!! Now I feel like I’m about to be trap again for 4 months in my place until next year; and this year I was not selected to go to Summer camp so it is going to be a long long Winter...but then again who knows, I always advance my life several steps ahead of everyone…


Tomorrow, I am going downtown Montreal to grab the sites and have some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream; I will have fish food, my favorite flavor of that place….Maybe I’ll drop by the offices of my brother and say “Hi”...Last time I was in that area I had gone and met some ex-work colleagues of mine 2 or 3 years ago; I wonder if it has changed a lot….


These are my last days of freedom from my girls since they are back on Friday and will soon start school...I tell you, time flies when you’re having fun and I’m barrel rolling on the floor of laughter….

Obviously I am talking about my kids and their mom, meaning I have the whole place to myself! So this morning I did what I had told my girls I was going to do, and they hated me for it, I went to have a McD’s breakfast...Yeah! I ate it there and I had my coffee, juice, cherry pie; I even talked to other people…

and you know what??...I’m the odd old man who I used to criticize as a weirdo when I was young!

I felt like centuries old with lame stories to whoever wanted to hear me…. Plus the manager told me to go and sit down at a place he had put up just for me and that he was going to bring my food… I felt like I had become part of the furniture! The guy came back afterwards to bid me farewell…
