Obviously I am talking about my kids and their mom, meaning I have the whole place to myself! So this morning I did what I had told my girls I was going to do, and they hated me for it, I went to have a McD’s breakfast...Yeah! I ate it there and I had my coffee, juice, cherry pie; I even talked to other people…

and you know what??...I’m the odd old man who I used to criticize as a weirdo when I was young!

I felt like centuries old with lame stories to whoever wanted to hear me…. Plus the manager told me to go and sit down at a place he had put up just for me and that he was going to bring my food… I felt like I had become part of the furniture! The guy came back afterwards to bid me farewell…

Good to see you all…


It’s one of those writing days, the weather outside is rainy, hot and humid. The girls are out with their mother to buy clothes to take to Las Vegas this coming week. They will be off for 5 days. Come October they will take off for Mexico to a sweet sixteen party that my ex is throwing for one of our kids...I will be solo for a couple of months; I think I will book a couple of days off at the summer camp I usually attend.

Any hoot, listening to music right now….

Good day all…


So, still a bit in a high after having a reunion 30 years in the making with my friends from high school. It was nice but there wasn’t much of an exchange of stories of “what have you done in the last 30 years?” I mean, I have a shit load of stories of my love life, my brief stand-up comic career, my trips to Mexico by car...Heck, going to strip joints over there half drunk and miraculously being saved by a taxi driver from a gang of upset door bouncers who spoke French…

I am happy to have seen the girls, but between you, me and the millions of Internet users, including my friends, I will probably see them until next year; only to be one year closer to death...Plagiarism, it’s a thing, people…

At this point I am happy we met, would like to see them more often but I’ll settle for the yearly visits and knowing that they are in “good” health and that they are doing fine….

Yet another story they won't hear about...

Again, I love you guys and wish you the best… call me!

Good day  to all….


So it was a memorable Wednesday yesterday, 30 years in the making! I had a reunion with a couple of high school friends…


It was a memorable day…


First of all, it was in the hood where I grew up until I got married and moved away. Second, it was held at a place that is renowned for its pies; Rockaberry. It was so good that my kids made a list of the pies they wanted to eat and I brought home a cheesecake caramel pie; KMN!! All of this culminated by the reunion with some of my school buddies, it was an awesome meeting. Them girls still got it… I mean...wow...

No, it's not them but I'm sure they looked like that some time ago; in their dreams. No, these girls were my friends in high school and they made those days memorable. I really love them with all my heart...

Yeah I know, I kept my looks compare to them...
