The JWs

Hello!

Well Chuck did it again people! I was able to fool to Jehovah's Witness folks into thinking that I don't speak Spanish. I am fluently trilingual, I will try anything once! Joking aside, I speak and write Spanish, French and English but when it comes to people knocking on my door or calling me at odd times, I play it by the language. The JWs have been trying speak with us since we've moved here. The problem is that my name in the entrance, besides the buzzer button, is written in Spanish and therefore they send JWs that only speak Spanish. Today was no exception, but today they went even further than they have ever gone before. First they rang the doorbell, I couldn't answer, but I went to the patio door and saw that it was "them"! It's okay, I can't buzz them in. Next thing you know there's a knock on my door. WTF? So I go to the door and yell that I cannot open the door, this is BS people because ever since I got stronger I can manage to open that freaking door, they tell me something in English and I tell them to stay put and I'm going to try to open the door. So I opened the door, I'm leaning against it with the chair and ask, in English, what can I do for them. A soft man's voice, almost feminine, asks me if I can speak Spanish. WTF?? Sorry I said to them, I don't speak Spanish. They tell me that my name in the main lobby it is in Spanish, I explained to them that my wife is Spanish but that she's not here right now and tell them that if they would like to come back at a later date they would be more than welcome.


I'm going to hell am I?
