Hello!
As I said on my Facebook I've been feeling really crappy about making that girl cry, I will never joke again with another sick person.
That being said, did I tell you about the Buddha under the tree? Well, it's a story that will probably surprise my wife I am putting on my blog but I freaked out today when I went into the kitchen and saw the nativity scene with a giant Buddha sitting in the middle. I know she gave me an explanation about how her sister in Mexico had call and said that putting a Buddha under the Christmas tree would bring good luck. I don't know if my oldest daughter has seen it but I know that when she does she's going to be asking questions that I don't know how I will be answering them. A Buddha? Really? Why? Aren't we Christians? Do we believe in JC and all that stuff we were thought in our houses? These are things that her sister reads in a Mexican magazine, how to improve your life, how to be happier, how to, how to, how to!
I don't know I was really freaked out when I saw that and I found it funny that the rest of the clay dolls were giving their back the Buddha. I got nothing against any other religion out there, I don't even practice mine, but I think that mixing them up is probably a no-no.
Besides those silly Mexicans don't even have it right, that doesn't work! I tell you what works, according to my tradition you are supposed to wear something green on Christmas eve so that you get money throughout the year.
That's it for me, I hope you have a good one!
