MS and other things

Hello!

My mistake, again, Kings day is tomorrow January 6. Today is when the kids in Mexico buy balloons and attach their wish lists so that the Kings get it and bring the proper toys.

While I finish installing the Christmas gift I had bought for my youngest daughter, the Sims three additional pack. It wasn't installing properly for some reason so I contacted EA support and after several days of waiting they told me to connect to a site, put in the code that had come with the game and download a version from their. It was the easiest solution yet, I connected, I downloaded, I installed it and voilà, my kid is happy playing up there right now.

Sorry I haven't been writing much today but I have been reading the monthly magazine I get from the multiple sclerosis Society of Canada and there is some interesting articles on this month's issue. Besides the sugar shack and the adapted yoga, there's also talk about a new medicine for MS. The medical name for this new medicine is Fampridine, commercially known as Ampyra in the US and not yet approved in Canada. Apparently this helps people with MS, that are still mobile, walk faster on a 25 feet scale, they have calculated in 25 feet because this is the norm in MS studies. It seems to work on 35 to 45% of the cases so not everybody can benefit from it, it's also a very expensive medication costing $1000 a month, but is a very safe one.

I'll see you people later!
