Well there's half an hour of my life I'll never get back!
Guess what I did this fine hot midday? I was on hold, on hold for about 45 minutes trying to correct a problem that my cell company created and because it was my credit card that they play with it was up to me to call and cancel whatever at my credit card company. The main problem was that when I try to pay my cell according to their system, cell company, my credit card was declined. WTF? I have credit, what the hell is your problem!? So they did try it again, 3, 4 times and every time it was declined.
- "Sorry Mr. Guzman, you have to call your credit card company and figure it out"
It's not the first time that this company, Rogers communications, does this to me but this time they even had the guts to tell me they were going to disconnect my phone line if I didn't pay within the next five days. I told them that I had the same problem before with Rogers, and at the end the fault was on their side. They didn't want to listen to me so I had to call my credit card company. My credit card company told me that Rogers had passed three times the credit card and went they try to do it a fourth time the security team stop all credit on my side. They also told me it was going to take three days for the problem to resolved itself automatically. So I called Rogers back, this time it was a nice gentleman who picked up the phone and admitted that Rogers had issues the previous month with payments with credit cards so I shouldn't worry that it was probally going to get resolved by itself, he apologized and told me to call back in about four days and try to pay again.
If this world only had more customer service like this guy gave we wouldn't have any wars... I think
