Stuck in the mud

Hello!

Boo-hoo Hoo! I've been let down again...

Rogers communication call me today they had the solution to end the all solutions, a rocket hub. This thing was going to give me a telephone line and access to the Internet at 21Mb that's 5Mb faster than what I have now with Bell. I was going to get three e-mail accounts plus long-distance, plus unlimited local calling, plus, plus, plus! Believe me, I have had this conversation before with them, I always wanted to jump ship from Bell to Rogers but they always tell me that I'm going to get the moon and the stars and at the end... I feel like a gal that has been let down by the heat of the moment! No, it's not their fault, it's technologies fault. That and the fact that I live outside of Montréal, a whole five minutes away by car. I'm in the boondocks, they don't want to touch my area with a 10 foot pole yet. It's always the same thing they give me their sale pitch and at the end I am the one that asks them all the time: "do you provide service for my area yet?"

Then they put me on hold, consult their computers, their maps and any other GPS gizmo they might have and they tell me the verdict:

- "Ooooh sorry Mr. Guzman. Rogers communication doesn't get to your place yet, but we are the fastest-growing network in America, so you can bet we will get to your place sooner or later! Sorry for calling Mr. Guzman."

Aaah fiddlesticks! They always tell me the same stuff, always a bridesmaid never a bride...

Dasvidania!
