Hello!
Well I thought I was going to see a program and then have a nap, but what I decide isn't what the universe wants! The universe was out for blood, okay not blood but urine. You heard me, freaking urine. Let me explain...
There's two things that happened today that prevented me from reaching my goal (nap). The first one was that Cesar Milan was on and I couldn't pass the occasion to learn something new.
The second one was a bit more complicated. I put on the program and tilted back my chair to start seeing the event and hopefully go to nap town, suddenly on my upper right gym pants I noticed a huge wet spot. What gives? I managed to get a whiff of the pants and came to the conclusion that it was leaking. Eeeew, I have urine all over myself! Once I had gone over the disgusting phase I sprang into action! The urgency of the event require me to contact somebody. I called my little brother but he was about to go to his first day of work, no can do. Then I remembered that the CLSC had given me strict orders on what to do in case of such an event, I called my nurse and waited. Lo and behold, 20 minutes after the phone rang, it's the emergency nurse and she's coming over to check my catheter. When she got here she started asking questions: Does it hurt? How long have you had the catheter? Are you single? You know, the usual questions that could help somebody make the proper decision in life...
After examining the situation and my catheter, she came to the conclusion it was the freaking bag, it was leaking like there's no tomorrow! F U!! Now I have to call the providers of the bags because they probably sent me the defective batch. That or, and this is a real maybe, it happened when I hit my desk with the chair and my catheter "touched" the desk and went loose...
So now I'm up and running in blogging about!
Happy trails folks!
