Prozac and Viagra that's all I need

Hello!

Good morrow everybody!

I know, I know, where's the fat guy right?

Well it was bath day today and I just finished having one, so be patient I don't knock on your door when you are taking a shower.

On that note today I will discuss the topic of customer service (you gonna love this Rick!) that was all triggered by my call to the pharmacy to reorder my prescriptions. Here's something new, talking about something I don't know what the heck I am talking about, basically I have no clue what their system is currently like but I would like to improve it. Here's what happened...

I called, they were polite and they asked me what I needed as a refill. I do this every month people! Prozac, Viagra and cholesterol medicine please. Obviously I'm not going to tell you what are my medicines but Prozac and Viagra are not part of it. So then I started philosophizing out loud to my daughter and it would be great if these people with my phone number only could see what I take every month, when I need a refill and when my prescriptions are up for renewal. I would just have to call state my name, give my phone number and then the clerk on the other side could greet me in a more personal level:

- "Good day Mr. Guzman, I see you need your prescriptions refilled. Would you like me to do that for you?"

I would be thrilled that the clerk knows why I'm calling about and let's go one step further, what if they are the ones to call me when my prescriptions would need refilling? Whoa! I would be thrilled that someone is looking out for me and for them? Automatic money coming in every month and customer satisfaction through the ceiling!

Needless to say my daughter thinks I am crazy!

Yeah well, I had lots of time on my hands today... Yeah I know, I have lots of time everyday!
