Customer service

Hello!


Just as I was posting my last note the nurse came and she started analyzing the problem with the catheter, it would seem the it's the bags that are at fault. The diameter of the catheter is too big for the connector that goes in it, so she replaced the bag and from now on the CLSC is going to be providing the bag so I can cancel this from my supplier. Some good news finally...


But I felt bad after the nurse came, you see I had called the head nurse because my nurse hadn't called me back to inform me that a nurse was on its way, so I probably got her in some sort of shit. If she would have called me to inform me of this, believe me, I wouldn't have made a fuss. You see, where I used to work before if I didn't call somebody back within x number of minutes the call would have been escalated and somebody's boss would have call me or come and see me. So I guess I expect the same type of "customer service" that I used to give, maybe I'm expecting too much from people. Oh well, she will learn that when I call she has to call me back to inform me of the plan of action, if there's any...
