Hello!
Interesting genealogy finding this glorious day, all thanks to my
mother who corrected my information regarding the death of my grandmother. I
always thought that she had passed away in Guatemala, last place I saw her
alive and she called me doctor because I was wearing a sport jacket….The
humidity and heat were unbearable, but I looked goooood…Back to my story, it
appears that my grandmother died in San Salvador, capital of my country. So off
I went to look through records of the year she past away; and YES!... Found you….
I was happy, she died at 86 years old, cardiac arrest and she is not registered
as Medrano, a name all the family carried with pride, but she was a Gonzalez; a
name that a lot of persons belittled in her town…and this story is too long to
tell but is a good one that maybe one day I’ll spilled…. But all this info was
nice and dandy, but who provided it? Well, the answer is closer than what I thought!
I have a cousin that reads my blog and she’s married with a guy who was a law
student at the time…Well it was him!!! He was the person who went to city hall
to provide all the info to the authorities… I’ll be darn… So this is what I did
while sitting naked in front of my computer; very productive, no?
Take care folks!
