What a weekend! BBQ on Saturday, BBQ on Sunday, identical
menus on both days, I think what made the difference was the Corona beers my
sister-in-law brought to the get together on Sunday; that and the fact that it
was humid yesterday and my MS got the better of me because I hanged outside too
long and there was a second I was feed and I couldn’t move. But other than that
it was a fun weekend….
Oh, and I had forgotten it was a long weekend! Canada
celebrates Queen Victoria day while Quebeckers celebrate Patriot day’s….it’s,
it’s a long story about some guys from ST-Eustache region standing up to
English Canada crew…what counts is that the day is off for Canada in general. I
know Americans will celebrate Columbus day next week (I think) even though it
was the Vikings who came to America first…yeah they landed in Newfoundland 1000
years before the Columbus dude….once again what matters is that they will have
the dday of…

PS I know you BBQ pros are probably dissing me for using such low heat, but the burgers were good!
