My creative side of the brain lit up and I invited Chef
Ramsay for supper!
Yup, I went into where he keeps his recipes and borrowed one
that will help me bring a pâté chinois dish to new heights. Now this dish is
similar to the British shepherd’s pie with the exception that we use corn here
in Quebec and it will be meat instead of lamb (cottage pie)…. Vive la difference….
So my wife is out toy shopping with my little one and I told her what we need
for the dish tonight… Yum!... I can’t wait to see the results…Ramsay would be
proud…
