Beep beep!

Hello!

Good day to you all…

So, yesterday I got the quote regarding the adaptation of a mini-van for my wheelchair. Folks, the mini-van doesn’t cost as much as the adaptation; the car my wife drives is actually cheaper! If the government didn’t help on this, and by help I mean pay for it, I wouldn’t be able to adapt the car. It is expensive to be sick!! God bless Canada, God bless Quebec for having programs that help out losers like me. I know what you’re saying: “hey now, don’t be little yourself. You are not a loser.” Yes I am! I was diagnosed with this illness 35 years ago. It was my duty to prepare for it since then and not throw caution to the wind and live day by day. I am not saying it was my fault to get sick, I am saying it is my fault not to be ready! I met a man once who used to say “Youth is wasted on the young…” Wise words I didn’t really care for then… I wish I did now….

Any hoot, I will let you know when I’m driving again…relax folks; I will be a passenger on that vehicle… just like I’ve always been….

Take care….
