Hello folks in blog land, I just started and I’m already tired; it’s going to be a super day….NOT!

But life goes on…

So I got the papers to fill up for summer camp and I have a mountain of tax papers that have to be tackled, along with several letters that I have no clue what they are… depressing you might say but no, this is not the case. I woke up this morning to a segment on the news called “Things I learned on the Internet” and was treated to some good old songs with a twist… Hilarious…….

Good day fine folks…

So I went to the CMR yesterday and they fixed my chair, apparently they came up with the solution to put an end to my problem of breaking the tilting device: springs… Them Nasa folks came up with the bright idea of springing my weight so that the mechanism doesn’t exerts itself too much… That’s why they’re pay the big bucks…

I know that my “PS” about summer camp must have left you with a “things that make you go um?” look when I posted that brief note; so to alleviate that tension, I will proceed to the explanation. The MS society has asked me to postulate my candidacy (very political, no?)  for an all expenses paid summer camp for people that have MS. Now as describe above, I’m fighting for 1 of 12 places at that camp, so it is not set in stone yet; but I already started to brown nose the lady in charge of making the decision, sooo chances are good… any hoot, got to find something else to do…

PS They fixed the chair but for some odd reason it’s taller now so going below my desk to use the computer is a whole new thing now… I must be careful not to tople the computer down…

Good day world…Enjoying the day/night?

Life is still slow round here, not doing much, thinking of people that aren't part of my life anymore, coming up with crazy theories, the normal stuff that you do when there’s nothing to be done…

Just finished my lunch and I made an appointment to go to the CMR (place where they fix wheelchairs) as they are going to repair my fairly new ride, yet again, tomorrow. Imaging, less than 6 months and I’m already going for a suspensions overhaul… that’s as best as I can put it. Think of a guy who bought an expensive car and now he has to go back to the dealership to fix the suspension because it broke again…the only difference is that I I got this car for free and the repairs aren't going to cost me a penny… God bless this country where the only thing I have to do to get something is ask… OK, it’s not exactly that easy either, I mean the cellphone company have this mumbo jumbo rules and regulations that plucks your eyes out…I swear, I should start a revolution or something….$500 dollars for spooky charges on my bill just because I changed plan?! only in Canada people…and maybe your neck of the woods...

Well it was another nurse visiting weekend!... My catheter blocked and an emergency nurse had to come over and changed the freaking thing… and bob’s your uncle good as new for a couple of weeks…and why am I not seeing the Oscars?.. well recording the show so that I might see it later and skip the commercials… Yay technology!

My kids were out all day with their grandma and I took advantage and did the nasty… oh yeah, it was awesome! That fried calamari and souvlaki were delicious, I over ate my head off. I love it when grandma takes the kids out for a fun day; and that was my weekend, how was yours?

Well folks I'm in a stage of life when the nasty is consider anything parents do without their kids... but if you are a traditionalist. take note that my wife did the nasty with a juicy medium rare steak, Greek rice and potatoes... so we did this as a couple, leave us alone...

I have made it a point to myself that I will no longer post everyday on this blog unless something happens to me… and today it has and therefore I will blog…

So I woke up this morning ready to start my routine, TV, insulin, grilled cheese, internet… blah blah blah…right? Wrong!... There was something new, the TV was saying that there was a week signal and that I should call my provider, so I did…or I tried, the phone wasn’t working either…okay, let’s keyboard them on the webb… hold a sec fat guy, the Net is not working either…F*CK ME! I have landed back in the middle ages where I’ll have to talk to my family and ask them stuff to seem I care about them… No no no, technology is there for a reason; it is meant for us to stop using our social neurons and focus our attention on something else but us…. Jeeesus C! If I wanted to interact with anyone, I would chat them up on some sort of social media app… I want my MTV people, I want TV Azteca… all I got, until whenever you see this post, is silence!... my daughter took my cellphone because they believe in using their phone but not charging it… I am really in the dark right now…I have to pickup drinking…

You know what I did today, besides doing nothing? I went around on FB answering stupid posts… yeah, I’m in one of those moods and I don’t care who knows it!... I saw some cooking shows, ate some crappy food and then continued to smash posts that made no sense what so ever…Really folks, this is the lamest illness on the face of this planet…. I guess I wanted to make other feel bad because I felt bad; kinda like “if I’m not happy, you can’t be happy either…”… but there posts were asking for it “If you don’t re-post this, everything will go the opposite in your day”…. What kind of schmuck believes sh*t like that?!... it’s like those “ancient” chain letters started by some ancient civilization that if you break the chain you’re fu*ked… seriously?! And we’re surprise we haven’t contacted ET yet?!.. News flash!...they don’t want to talk to us because idiots like this give us a bad rap….

Anyways, after venting my frustrations I called my mother and re-posted the dam message. I mean, why take a chance right?

I know I blogged about this eons ago but I had stopped watching the program so I could expand my universe; but I failed… 

So yeah, call me white trash, Canadian hillbilly or low education scum bag, but I must confess my love for the TV show “Maury”. I mean, com’on!... If you are there and you don’t know why… you got to have the brain of a bird… Your woman/man cheated on you, the kid is not yours, you were adopted….everything is game here and I love the show, specially when a DNA test goes haywire and the father is not the guy who the girl claims… can’t count that high and that’s why you don’t know who the dad is?!... Maybe you want to be an actress and if this is the case I can suggest to you other fine shows where you can make it… I maybe ranting here, but I do love the show and the results that are generated during the episode of life being played… 

I have to test myself for something there, maybe I’m adopted…sweet, it would explain a lot…

Hey! Did you hear about that meteorite that came hurdling down to Earth and made all that commotion? Plus there were like a thousand + injured?... that was bad, I think I commented in the past about such incidents, and this rock was only about 14 meters big; imagine a really really big rock…. Yeah, we have a due date stamped on our foreheads but we don’t know when…

Back to more mondaine stuff….

I cancelled my meeting with the diabetic nurse today; it is…FREAKING COLD OUTSIDE!!! And I will have to wait for the bus for about ½ hour and I am immobile; so it's not like I can stump my feet on the ground to generate heat…. So I left a message requesting an appointment for spring, this should make my life easier for about a month…that’s my story so far…

Slow day today, but yesterday I got a singing Valentine’s telegraph from my oldest brother and his family… it was grand, thanks a million… also, my sister-in-law had invited me to the bday of her husband but since rules and regulations have changed in the special transportation ward, I couldn't make it…but the cake was good thanks… can you believe that they wanted to pick me up at 3:40PM for a meal that was going to start at 6:00PM?... and I was going to be back home by 9:30PM! That’s like being in the bus for 3+ hours for an event that only lasted 1:30 hours… someone, somewhere fell off his rocker..politics, just make you want to start a revolution…

So yeah, it’s a beauty of a day out there, went to shop for some essentials: bread, milk, cat food, cookies and muffins…what a house runs on… And I can say that although the sun is shining and your insides are all summer ready, it’s freaking cold out there!! It was a hit and run type of outing, wham bang thank you maam… I also changed my lotto ticket and played another one for today… I think my weekend is done, nothing better to do than to vegetate my life into oblivion…hope your Saturday is happening…

It seems scammers are out it again…

Here I was thinking I was going to have a quiet day when my phone rang and it changed my outlook for this Friday….It was “Microsoft” honest to god technicians that had been tracking my computer bits and bytes and had determine that there was a virus in it…. Now I told them I didn't speak English well, so they were kind enough to speak slow and with words I could understand so that I could grasp the urgency of the situation….So I led them on for a bit but I didn't have the patience to drag this on like with Miguel my Tijuana nephew, so I told them –in French- that I didn't have a computer… they hung up so fast is not even funny!.. Seriously folks, I am a skeptic and it will be a cold day in hell before I am swindle out of anything… so save yourselves the time and effort…

Now back to thinking what I’m going to do with that bridge I just bought…

Not the same

You know what? I am fed up of this illness. It has made me become a super nice person saying hello, please, thank you… all of the words that I didn't care for much before. Heck, a long time ago, I didn't care about somebody crying over because his computer didn't work and he had a file he needed from his hard disk; “Format the dam thing!” was my solution… serves him right for not having a backup. I was a mean one not caring about the other persons… but now, I am extremely polite saying please and thank yous here and there… Gad I hate myself for it, if I didn't have this $&#! Illness I would tell them to go fly a kite in more colorful words…. I miss the old me… any hoot here’s hoping I’ll get better and become the person I use to be..

It was a loopy day today! My bath guy that was supposed to come around 10:30AM came extra early at 9:45AM, my meals on wheels was super late and the nurse that changes my wound dressing just left… and I heard a crack while I was tilted and I got to call the CMR to informed them about it…. Stupid chair… and this is with the tilting mechanism that could hold a 2 ton cow… it’s not the tilting device that’s at fault, it’s the casing of the mechanism that has a flaw and if you tilt to nuch it breaks….I guess there’s no place to go but up….as long as the stupid tilting device still works….gad I love MS!

Good day to you all…

I’m a bad person …. I did something evil…not evil really, but kinda shook the trust out of some one. In my defence, my wife was aware of what was going on all the time and she could have put an end to it; so it’s her fault…

You see, for my birthday a cousin of her Facebooked me a happy birthday message wishing me a super day and hoping that her cousin (my wife) devotes that day to me… I know, it has a slave connotation to it but she’s Mexican so it’s OK… I told her thanks and then preceded to informed her that I was no longer married to her cousin… why did I do that!?... To keep a long story short, yesterday my wife was getting an email from her sister asking her for the 411 (information) on the whole event. Was she getting beat up by me? Did I have a lover? Did she have a lover? Was she a lesbian?...WTF!? Apparently social media gossip is like wild fire, it just takes up and burns left and right… needless to say that I had to email her cousin back informing her it wasn’t true and that I was sorry…I feel bad…It is amazing what can be done with a little creativity… I got to start saying she’s dead to get some sympathy babe…

TV Drama comes to town

Hey, it’s me again…no thanks to my headset that keeps inserting “THE” in every other sentence… so I will have to manually key my post again…

My TV season is in full swing, The Bachelor, Survivor, The Amazing Race….bunch of shows… well Survivor and The Amazing Race are about to start but The Bachelor is in its final stretch and I can’t wait for the end, because then we start the new season of “How long will they last” or as we like to call it HLWTL….last guy who found his true, sorry “true”, love in that show committed harakiri, okay no; but it was laughable! I see it because what else can I do?! I can’t hold a book, plus they put me to sleep…must be a syndrome or something… and I like seeing them biatches fight over a “wholesome” dude that was rejected by a “Bachelorette” and now gets to dump them back…plus there is always all that kissing going on that makes you wonder how in heaven’s name hasn't anybody caught lip gonorrhea yet.  And there is always the one that all the girls hate, this time it was a girl name Tierra. My wife was happy to see her go but I think that she was just misunderstood… and yes a bit neurotic but hey, it’s my personal opinion and nobody is perfect…gad I have to get into that show!...I got the permission from my wife and kids so all I am missing is that they accept Canadian disable guys....

PS it’s better than seeing the whole Pope thing happening on the Mexican TV news (TV Azteca) with the play by play narrated by priests that they brought over… Give the guy a break people! He’s 85 years old and probably wants his lasts days spent without a camera following him to the bathroom…yeesh.. maybe he wants to be the next Bachelor who knows, all I am saying is "Leave him along Mexican TV..."

Hope you’re having a wonderful day…

So yeah, I had my get together this Sunday with our families… there was lots of food, loots of booze, lots of cake…lots of lots; and at the end, everything was eaten! 50 guaraches, 2 cakes, 1 bottle of wine and 4 litters of sangria! You probably thinking it’s not a lot but we were about 20 odd persons and a lot of these persons were kids… I was happy about the whole experience, as they say in freemasonry: “happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again”… you can bet I’m going to be having another guaracheton next year, with more guaraches, more sangria and more cake… And my chair is fixed!!! Yesterday I went to the CMR and they changed the tilting mechanism’s switch, so now my chair doesn’t tilt back and forth like if it was poses.. thus the reason for not blogging either, I almost topple my computer several times….so I’ll blog later today, energy permitting…

Just finished thanking everyone of FB who bestowed upon me their warmest wishes… I feel the same but older…. And I had a surprise call from the ex-boss of my brother… dam nice of him… he’s a class act! If ever I get to be old, decrepit and senile, I want to be just like him… this man has strip search written all over his forehead when travelling abroad.. He provokes cavity searches and say thank you afterwards… The man is cool, and I want to be just like him if I get old…. But then again, I’m immortal and will probably be around long after you all die… (watch me get a heart attack)… any hoot, I wish you all a happy glorious day and to the decrepit old man, happy you still stirring shit around…

Look who's back

I know, : “WTF?!” right?... well I was in a coma and I couldn't react to things around me; and then words of wisdom from “Anonymous” shook me up: “1 month loans on bad credit…” the guy is a genius….NOT!... seriously dude, give it up…. The reason for my silence was because I was observing my life for signs of inspiration, and well… I got some today…

First of all, it’s freaking cold today and tomorrow it is a mini-storm with a chance of snow up to 25cm….and I am going to the CMR to get this chair fix, snowstorm or not… it has gone from broken to F$&*!@ broken and it’s annoying the living *beep* out of me!! Second, the Universe sent me a gift today by providing me with a temp bath person… She trimmed my beard, my moustache and gave me a well-deserved rub down that makes you go WOW!.... and this weekend, seeing that my birthday is mañana, we are having a “guarache” get together… Yay guaraches! So it’s going to be a busy weekend for people here…

Oh, the other reason for my silence was that my speech rec still not working…. And I can only type so much,,,,so deal with it!

Recapping my life on a Monday

Well the Super bowl didn't disappoint yesterday, it was a close one with family bragging right’s going to the oldest brother….Congrats guys, it was awesome thanks for entertaining us!...and to add my 2 cents to the sport arena…now I know why I don’t fancy soccer as much as I do football…it’s an ADD thing!! Soccer is a nonstop game where players go left to right and Vice Versa without stopping! Football, although the same principle, they stopped where the person gets tackled…. Stopping the whole game…Thus captivating my attention again… soccer?...I drift people, I think of unicorns and tooth fairies… as for baseball?....it’s a whole different  Valium, just like Golf or water polo….they are extreme boring sports to watch, but dam are they fun to play!...Hockey?! It’s a Canadian thing fer crying out loud!! We live by hockey and we die by it… my daughter’s middle is Dryden in honor of the best goalie that ever grazed this planet…. I wasn't too keen on Tretiak…too European to my taste…

You know what I say right?...f*ck Phil and his or hers immediate family of hamsters! I went out and it was hell, a mini blizzard that took all energy out of me! I was kaput, MS really works with the weather I don't care what my Neurologist says.... I almost   lost my cell too trying to take the picture of the mini blizzard... never again people, I will leave the job to the professionals Phil & Co.....oh, and when I came back, Google was flashing 2 notifications at me! WTF folks, I didn't know it did that! Apparently I was +1 in Moose Jaw by a person who should remain nameless... Thanks D.A... This to me is like adding wood to the fire....How is Moose Jaw these days...cold enough for ya?...

Here I was ready to go to the CMR today when my better half threw a wrench on my plans, taking care of her sick daughter!  Why me, I asked.  I told her that if she was such a good mother she would cancel her day and take care of that little bitch…  Besides, it was only diarrhea and she wasn’t going to die because of this…  Then she started rumbling about how I don’t care about my kids and sh*t like that….  So in a nutshell I had to reschedule everything for next Friday in the hopes that my chair will finally get fixed…  And I get to go there on the day of my birthday…..  Maybe I’ll get lucky and things will change then…..  Yeah right and only 300 something days before the old fat guy comes back with presents…..  Maybe next lifetime I’ll get it right….  Stupid dog, what did you eat to make yourself sick?
